Dr. Michael Mindiola is from Waukesha, WI and received his DDS from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1990. After graduation he joined the USPHS and was stationed in Arizona.
Dr. Olsen received his dental degree at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Lynne A. Brock is originally from Northeast Texas and received her DDS from University of Texas Health & Science Center (UTHSC), Houston in 1990.
