Brian Watkins is from Decatur, IL and received his DDS degree from the University of Illinois in 1980.
Dr. Michael Mindiola is from Waukesha, WI and received his DDS from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1990. After graduation he joined the USPHS and was stationed in Arizona.
Dr. Olsen received his dental degree at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Lynne A. Brock is originally from Northeast Texas and receive ed her DDS from University of Texas Health & Science Center (UTHSC), Houston in 1990.
Dr. Davis is a Colorado native, but has lived and played in Wyoming, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Wisconsin and Texas.
